Wow! That was entirely too short a vacation!
I left Portland Saturday morning during a crazy rain storm. I arrived in Maui at 12:55 during a crazy rain storm. It rained almost the entire time I was there with the exception of scattered periods of beautiful blue sky. It was wicked humid too. Poor Robin kept shutting windows and turning the fan off while I was dripping wet fanning myself. It was so much fun! I got to meet Rusty, Robin's dog, who is the biggest baby I've ever seen...I just loved him! I took some really great pictures that, if I can figure how how to do it, will put together a video thing so you all can enjoy my trip. I'm really missing that nice warm weather, even if it did rain a lot.
Well, next weekend (The 28th) I'll be driving south for my little boy's first birthday. Dylan is growing too fast! The following month will be Tyler's birthday. He's almost ready to start school! I hope to get all my kids together for a quick minute in Sac. because I only have Saturday to enjoy them before I have to turn around and drive back on Sunday. I'll have more pictures of all my kidswhen I get back.
Get ready children...Grandma's coming south!
